A Message from David Geoffrey Lucas of the Zeitgeist UK Writing Campaign:

This is an appeal to every person who is not taking part in any Z-day activity tomorrow. Please do your bit by joining the Zeitgeist UK writing campaign, downloading some documents from our library of pre-written letter templates, and writing off to a few key individuals and bodies in your region to seek their support and promote awareness.

There are letters to MPs, political associations, councils, school governors, charities, student unions and others. I would like to invite everyone to contribute new letters to bodies not already covered, such as religious communities.

We have started getting some replies to our letters, and there are some interesting follow-on debates arising with councillors and MPs. My own MP has expressed an interest, and is now in touch with The Venus project. The ball is rolling – lets keep it accelerating. The self-appointed guardians of the status quo are on the run. The days of hubris and wilful ignorance are over. Humankind’s evolution from caterpillar to butterfly is about to begin…
